Pre-registration is required. Registration is available online, over the phone at 717-243-3318, or in person at the Stuart Community Center, 415 Franklin Street. After the deadline, registrants will receive an e-mail with their staging and parade number. Numbers will be distributed at the line-up site at a check-in table.
