The May meeting of Carlisle Borough's Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) will be held on Monday, May 4, 2020, at 5:30 p.m.  Town Hall will remain closed to the public for this required monthly meeting. The meeting will be held using Zoom video conferencing. This measure is being taken to comply with Governor Wolf’s stay at home order and to practice proper social distancing guidelines.
