Carlisle Borough Hall will remain closed to the public for May’s Borough Council Meeting. The meeting, which begins Thursday, May 14 at 7:00 PM, will be held using Zoom video conferencing. This measure is being taken to comply with Governor Wolf’s Stay at Home orders and to practice proper social distancing.  Please email Borough Secretary, Joyce Stone (jstone@carlislepa.org) for the Zoom sign-in information that is required to attend this meeting. Please contact the Assistant Borough Manager at 717-601-0184 if there are any difficulties connecting to the meeting through the call-in number.

Persons requiring special accommodations should contact the Assistant Borough Manager, at 717-240-6921, 48 hours prior to the public meeting.  Telecommunications device for the deaf (TTY) users may contact this number by using the Pennsylvania Relay System at 800-654-5894.

Prior to the Council meeting, Borough citizens may submit questions or comments by email to the Borough Secretary, Joyce Stone (jstone@carlislepa.org).  All emails must be received by close of business on May 14, 2020.

The Borough will also offer a livestream of the Council meeting via YouTube for interested parties. A link to the stream will be provided on the Borough’s website (www.carlislepa.org/livestream) approximately 15 minutes before the meeting begins. The link will also be shared on the Borough’s social media sites. We encourage those participants who simply want to watch the meeting without participating in public comment to view it on the YouTube stream, rather than calling into the Zoom meeting. The public comments on the YouTube stream will not be monitored during the Council Meeting.
