The Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) will meet on Monday, February, 8, 2021 at 5:30 PM. This meeting will be conducted virtually using Zoom. Those that would like to attend by way of Zoom, please email the Borough Secretary, Joyce Stone (jstone@carlislepa.org). All emails must be received by Monday, February 8, 2021 by 4:00 PM for the Zoom sign-in registration information that is required to attend this meeting.
