Agenda Details
Council will receive an update on the proposed bicycle pump track at Valley Meadows Park.

Staff will also provide an update on potential traffic calming measures for Bedford and East Streets. Staff previously discussed this issue at the September 2020 workshop. The discussions were in response to complaints received from residents that a large number of vehicles are traveling well above the 25 miles per hour speed limit along the corridor, especially in the area north of High Street. At that time, staff recommended Council consider the following traffic calming measures: reduce the number of travel lanes from two to one; provide a dedicated on-street bike lane; change on-street parking from parallel paring to angled, back-in parking where possible.
