Carlisle Borough Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Hall, Borough Municipal Building, 53 West South Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania to consider for adoption, and to vote upon enactment of the following ordinance: Open Container and Adjoining Sidewalk Cafe Ordinance.  In addition, Council may consider any other business or matters that may come before Council at that time. 

The public may attend the meeting in-person or via Zoom.
