Carlisle Borough Council and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) will hold a special joint public meeting and hearing on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Carlisle Borough Town Hall, 53 West South Street,  as part of Council’s workshop meeting, for purposes of considering and discussing the TRC mission statement and bylaws and possibly to take action on those matters and any other matters that may come before either the TRC or Borough Council or both bodies.

The Council meeting and joint public meeting and hearing on August 4, 2021 will be conducted in person and is available virtually using Zoom. A public hearing will be held at 5:45 p.m. to receive input on the CDBG-CV Phase II Substantial Amendment to the Borough's Program Year 2019 CDBG Annual Action Plan. View the amendment.

At 6:00 p.m., Borough Council and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission will hold a joint public hearing to received comment on, review, discuss, and consider changes to the TRC's Mission Statement, By-laws, and Action Plan.

Borough Council will consider approving the hiring of FSA to develop and design construction plans and specifications to install a public park on Lot A and Lot D at the Fairground Avenue Linear Park.
