Carlisle Borough Council will convene a Council Meeting on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 7:00 PM. This meeting will be conducted in person at 53 West South Street, Carlisle and virtually using Zoom. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. There are several items up for approval regarding the Valley Meadows Pump Track.
- Council may reject the bids received on February 28 by the Cumberland Youth Cycling Development.
- Council may approve CYCD's revised project scope and design for the pump track.
- Council may approve CYCD's use of the Keystone Purchasing Network for the pump track.

Fort LeTort Update
Council may consider authorizing the Kiwanis Club to enter into a contract with Safety Turf, Inc. to furnish and install a poured-in-place (PIP) playground surface at Fort LeTort.
May 1 is the tentative date to start the demolition of Fort LeTort. The Kiwanis Club has raised money to replace the existing structure.
