The Carlisle Barracks is considering the installation of a new pedestrian access gate on Post Road, in the vicinity of the Borough's Compost Facility. The goal of the Post Road Improvement Study is to evaluate the current travel conditions for pedestrians and bicyclists on Post Road and identify potential multimodal improvement options.
