Mission Statement:
Since a quality park and recreation service is very important to a community, the Carlisle Parks and Recreation Department will continually assess the parks and recreation programs, make adjustments where necessary, and work with other public and private recreation providers to offer the residents of the community the finest leisure services program possible with available resources.
