The following information has been provided in accordance with Section 504 of the Right to Know Act.

PA Office of Open Records:  Appeals must be made to the Office of Open Records, Director of Communications, DCED, Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, 4th Floor, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17120-0225 within 15 business days of the mailing date of the Borough’s response or within 15 business days of a deemed denial.

Accident Reports
Copies of accident reports are available by mail or in person only. Copies of accident reports are NOT available by e-mail. 

When requesting an accident report, please enclose a check or money order in the amount of $15 and send to or drop off at the Carlisle Police Department, 240 Lincoln Street.

Please allow seven days for the processing and return of an accident report. If you have questions, please call 717-243-5252 and choose Option 3.
