Carlisle Connectivity Project
The Carlisle Connectivity Project is a series of transportation upgrades designed to improve mobility around and through the brownfield sites in the northern part of Carlisle.
The Connectivity Project is comprised of three different projects with different timelines. The Western Phase (also known as the HOP Phase) has been completed. The TIGER Project is scheduled to begin in early March and Project One should begin in early spring. Each project's page will provide more details, including construction schedules for active projects.
