Carlisle Connectivity Project

The Carlisle Connectivity Project is a series of transportation upgrades designed to improve mobility around and through the brownfield sites in the northern part of Carlisle.

The Connectivity Project is comprised of three different projects with different timelines. The Western Phase (also known as the HOP Phase) and The TIGER Project have been completed. The final phase focuses on North Hanover Street and will begin in early 2024. Each project's page will provide more details, including construction schedules for active projects.
