Tire Recycling Event

Cumberland County is holding a Tire Recycling Event on Thursday, May 16, and Friday, May 17 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The event is at the Cumberland County Recycling Center, 1001 Claremont Road, Carlisle, PA 17015.

Participants must sign up for an appointment in advance. Visit https://www.cumberlandcountypa.gov/124/Recycling-Waste or call 717-240-6489 to make an appointment. 

This event accepts:
  • Lawn & Garden Tires
  • Car Tires
  • Truck Tires
  • Tractor Trailer Tires
  • Agricultural Tires
  • Racing Tires
  • Tires on Rims 
  • Tubes
You CAN NOT bring shredded tires, tire pieces, or tires filled with mud/debris.

There is a $0.15/pd disposal fee and a limit of 50 tires per customer per day. This event is for Cumberland County residents only.
