November's Borough Council meeting will be conducted in person and virtually using Zoom. Town Hall will be limited to 25 persons that wish to attend the meeting.  Anyone wishing to participate in the meeting via Zoom, please email the Borough Secretary, Joyce Stone (jstone@carlislepa.org).  All emails must be received by November 12, 2020 at 4:00 pm for the Zoom sign-in registration information that is required to attend this meeting.

Please contact the Assistant Borough Manager at 717-601-0184 if there are any difficulties connecting to the meeting using the sign-in information.  Telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD) users may contact this number by using the Pennsylvania Relay System at 800-654-5894.

Prior to the Council meeting, Borough citizens may submit questions or comments by email to the Borough Secretary, Joyce Stone (jstone@carlislepa.org).  All emails must be received by 4:00 pm on November 12, 2020.

The Borough will also offer a livestream of the Council meeting via Facebook for interested parties. We encourage those participants who simply want to watch the meeting without participating in public comment to view it on Facebook, rather than calling into the Zoom meeting. The public comments on the Facebook stream will not be monitored during the Council Meeting.
