Attendance Information
Carlisle Borough Council will convene a Council Workshop Meeting on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 6:00 PM.  This meeting will be conducted in person and virtually using Zoom. At the time of publication, Town Hall will be limited to 10 persons.  If you would like to attend the meeting via Zoom, please email the Borough Secretary, Joyce Stone (jstone@carlislepa.org) for the Zoom sign-in registration information required to attend the meeting.  All emails must be received by Wednesday, February 3, 2021 by 4:00 PM.

Borough citizens may submit questions or comments by email to the Borough Secretary, Joyce Stone (jstone@carlislepa.org) by 4:00 PM on February 3, 2021.

The Borough will also offer a livestream of the Workshop meeting via Facebook for interested parties. We encourage those participants who simply want to watch the meeting without participating in public comment to view it on Facebook, rather than calling into the Zoom meeting. The public comments on the Facebook stream will not be monitored during the Workshop Meeting.

Agenda Details
The meeting will begin with a public hearing for the transfer of a liquor license from Lemoyne Borough to Carlisle Borough. 

Borough Council will discuss forming a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. This commission came about after last month's town hall discussion on racial equity. You can view the draft resolution for establishing the commission here: Draft Resolution

Under Public Works, Council may approve the purchase of more Sensus FlexNet meter transmitters to continue upgrading the water meters in the Borough.
