Carlisle Borough Council will convene to hear Outside Agency budget presentations and requests on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 6:00 PM.  Following the presentations, Borough Council will commence with the October Council Workshop meeting.  These meetings will be conducted in person at 53 West South Street, Carlisle and virtually using Zoom.  You must use this link to register in advance in order to receive the meeting sign-in information: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_qypTIfTETrmdK4__wp24aQ. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Outside Agency Presentations: Applicants for Outside Agency funding will present to Council. As part of the Borough's annual budget process, Council considers requests from organizations that want to improve the Borough of Carlisle. More information.

Smith, Elliot, Kearns and Company will present the findings of their independent audit of the Borough's 2020 budget.

Borough Council will discuss the proposed rental housing ordinance. The ordinance was originally set to be voted on in April of 2020, but Council postponed the vote due to COVID-19. The ordinance itself is still the same as it was in March 2020 with the exception of a proposed September 1, 2022 date is reflected throughout the document versus the initial September 1, 2020.  Staff is also suggesting to Council to add language indicating that all other provisions of the IPMC still apply in the Borough.
